【忍不住要将剪辫罪行告诉世界】杭州电车走向全面崩溃 [中英文对照]

Starting Monday September 22nd, Hangzhou trolley-bus route 290 is replaced with diesel electric hybrid bus, leaving a solo full time trolley route to operate in a city of nearly 4 million population.  Attached are two photos that I took on February 16, 2007 during my trip to Hangzhou, photo 104 showing a Flxible trolley at the south end terminus of Xiongzhenlou, photo 105 showing two trolleys on the opposite end of the line, Wensan Road (Fuxing Garden Estate), Wensan Road terminus was also shared by trolley route 159 at the time.

从9月22日开始,290路无轨电车替换为了油电混合动力客车,因而这座四百万人口的城市只剩下了一条全电车线路。附件中的两张照片拍摄于2007年2月16日,104图上的是一辆在雄镇楼总站的290路福莱西宝款式的无轨电车,而105图则显示了两辆在另一端总站的电车,这是府新花园总站,位于文三西路上,同时159路也在此终到始发。

The passage to DE conversion can be traced back to the end of last year when Wensan Road was cordoned off for sewage construction and road traffic realignment.  Route 159 ceased operation on a supposedly temporary base, and route 290 was diverted to Hangzhou North Long Distance Bus Station.  The Hangzhou North LDBS saw very little trolley traffic ever since the dieselizaion of route K555 and total cancellation of 155/K155, but the reintroduction of 290 brought some hope of rejuvenation of city's ever dwindling trolley system.  The plan was that once the sewage construction on Wensan Road was completed, the street would be converted to a one-way westbound street with one counter flow lane reserved for bus traffic.  Overhead was to be reinstalled to allow the return of route 159 to Fuxing Garden Estate (Drum Tower ~ Fuxing), while route 290 would permanently set foot at Hangzhou North.  This plan could see most of the remaining overhead network utilized. In March 2008, after the completion of sewage construction, overhead reinstallation indeed began, but by April overhead work stagnated, and by May, under the direction of the anti-trolley mayor, the half completed overhead was ordered to be torn down through a haste decision not to reinstate trolley service on Wensan Road.  The suspension of route 159 thus became permanent.  Facing with a surplus fleet of prime age trolley coaches, the trolley company was forced to seek other alternatives to better utilize their equipment, and that came the overhead-to-battery trolleys for route 188 that I initially posted on August 9th.  Now the attack on trolley system went even deeper as route 290 was ordered to return to wireless Fuxing Garden Estate with a replacement fleet of diesel electric hybrid buses.

290路的柴改电可以追溯到去年年末,当时正值文三路封闭污水管道施工以及路面整治,159路电车被迫暂停运营,而290路则改道运行至长途汽车北站。这个总站自从K555路柴改电以及155、K155路停驶以后鲜有电车运营,因此290路的进驻北站给日渐萧条的杭州电车系统带来了希望。按照当时的计划,由西向东单向形式的文三路将会继续保留逆向的公交专用道,原有的电车线网将会更新后继续给159路行驶至府新花园南(鼓楼至府新花园南),而290路将会永久留在汽车北站,这样杭州的电车线网将会被利用到最大程度。

2008年3月,污水管道工程结束,电车线网更新工作正式启动。但是到了4月,电车线网工程被迫停工。在同年5月,在一个憎恨电车的市领导的命令之下,已经架设过半的文三路电车线网被全部拆除。暂停运行的159路恢复无望。为了这些剩余的壮年电车,电车公司只得寻求其它解决途径,因此几台由无轨电车改装的电电混合动力客车开始加盟188路柴油线(我曾经在8月9日刊登过这条消息),但是由于290路被命令使用油电客车取代无轨电车使得杭州电车系统情况更为糟糕。

The Flxible trolleys seen in the attached photos are produced by Hangzhou Changjiang Coach Manufacturing Ltd., these coaches have only seen revenue operations in the city of Hangzhou.  A total of 87 coaches were ever produced, the last batch was in May of 2001.  Initially 45 units were non air-conditioned, these coaches were numbered as 50XX, 32 units were OEM air-conditioned trolleys, these coaches were numbered as 57XX.  Later on, a further 20 units were retro-fitted with airconditioners, these coaches were renumbered as 55XX.  Currently one OEM air-conditioned trolley is lost in a fire, the remaining 86 units are in operational condition but not fully used.  Since Hangzhou also operates a fleet of articulated trolleys, the total number of trolleys in operational condition is actually at 115 units.  With the DE conversion of route 290, some coaches are relocated to route 151--the only remaining corridor trolley route, and some are to undergo overhead-to-battery surgery for route 188.  However still as many as 50 units are towed into storage waiting for the inevitable scrapping.  

附件中的福莱西宝款式的电车由杭州长江客车有限公司制造,而杭州是这些车唯一运行的城市,总共有87台,最后一批问世于2001年5月间。最初的45台没有安装空调,编号为50打头。而32台是为福莱西宝定牌生产,编号为57打头。稍后,电车公司将20台普通车改装成了空调车,编号改为55打头。57打头的一辆定牌车毁于一起自燃事故,因此目前总共还剩下86台,但并没有全部投入运营。另外杭州还有铰接式无轨电车运营,因此所有电车的总数为115台。由于290路的柴改电,一些车辆将继续投入到151路上,一些可能会考虑改装为电电动力客车,而剩下的则只能停止使用直到报废。

Among all Chinese trolley systems, Hangzhou trolley system is the one that experiences most turmoil.  In other parts of China, closure comes rather quickly, but in Hangzhou it is an endless torment of tossing around.  It seems that trolley routes are to suffer chronic wounds in rerouting or even total casulty every six months.  At its peak, Hangzhou operated an extensive trolley network with seven routes and 227 coaches.  Even till this day, overhead maintainence is well performed to the extend that visual pollution reduction treatment was consciously practiced, and multi-purpose poles for street lamps and trolley supporting structures are widely adopted throughout the city.  In comparison to her nearest neighbor, Shanghai, Hangzhou Trolley company scores higher in terms of its own determination to run an efficient trolley system.  Nevertheless the anti-trolley sentiment is so strong right now, such that all the lost routes, 152, 155, 156, 159, 290 and K555 fell victims of poorly coordinated construction plans that seen city streets ripped open and closed and ripped open again, as well as deliberate sabatoge from the anti-trolley city government that conspire to eliminate vital survival space needed for trolley-bus through repeated so called traffic realignment.  

在中国所有电车系统里,杭州系统的经历可以说是最复杂。在中国的其它区域,通常会快速关闭电车系统了事,而杭州则是永无止境的折腾与反复。好像每六个月就要调整一次走向甚至受到一次重创。在鼎盛时期,杭州总共有7条线路的227台电车同时运营。目前,为了减小视觉污染,杭州几乎所有的馈线都埋入地下,两杆合一(路灯与电车)的运用也在城内大量推广。相比邻近城市上海,杭州电车公司花费大量精力旨在提高电车系统的运行效率。然而,现在杭州的反电势力过于强大,伴随着道路无休止的开挖,152、155、156、159、290和555路已经成为了牺牲品,这一切都是因为视电车为眼中钉的反电政府通过“道路整治”这样的蓄意阴谋而屡屡得逞。

With route 290 gone, route 151 is now extended from Hangzhou Rail-way Station to Xiongzhenlou.  The experimental operation of overhead-to-battery trolleys on route 188 may see some expansion.  The overhead to Drum Tower terminus is left unused since the suspension of route 159.

由于290路的离去,151路因此从杭州火车站延伸到了雄镇楼。188路上的电电混合动力客车有可能会被推广,但鼓楼电车总站由于159路的停驶而继续荒废着……

【电车资料库】K555路电车大事记(5月17日版)

(由于时间仓促,加之作者水平有限,文中纰漏挂漏,在所难免,望各位批评指正)       1999年9月29日,杭州开通了首条全空调无轨电车专线K555路,起终点为城站火车站(金衙庄)至和睦新村。全线配置杭州长江客车有限公司生产的CJWG110K型无轨电车,共32台,配置大冷王独立式空调系统。开通初始线路走向为环城东路、解放路、浣纱路、庆春路、环城西路和莫干山路。这是国内第一条全空调无人售票电车线路,也是目前为止,全世界最大编码的电车线路。杭州人喜欢称之为”三五牌”电车。       由于当时空调公交车属于新鲜产物,K555路又是专线电车,不能使用月票与金通卡,加上城站火车站尚在改造,因此K555路电车开通初期,客流不是十分理想。       1999年12月25日,为配合城站火车站于28日的全面启用,K555路延伸到了汽车北站,并调整走向为环城东路、解放路、延安路、体育场路、环城西路、莫干山路和育苗路。城站火车站的起点也迁移到了城站改造前的公交北区电车总站(与151路、156路并站)。运营时间也得到了延长。调整后的K555路连接了城站火车站与汽车北站两大交通枢纽,又途径武林广场等繁华区域,客流增长迅速。       2001年3月13日,K555路被评为“杭州市巾帼文明示范线”,至此,K555路的漂亮新电车、巾帼女司机成为了杭州一道美丽的风景线。       2002年8月29日,为配合新城隧道的开工建设,解放路(环城东路至建国中路段)封闭施工,K555路调整为汽车北站至开元路运行,循原线至解放路浣纱路口后,右转进入浣纱路至开元路终点站,利用原155路开元路线网调头折返。由于K555路缩短运营线路,151路又全线更换了新型的通道电车,K555路一下子失去了很多客流。为此,电车公司稍后又继续优化调整方案,将K555路恢复到了城站火车站。不过由于解放路东段的封闭,因此K555路改经建国中路、建国南路、郭东园路至城站火车站(南区电车总站),与当时先期调整的151路电车并站。       2004年5月9日,市政府实施解放路改造整治工程,除浣纱路至延安路段的解放路尚可以行驶电车以外,其余线网都被拆除...

【电车资料库】153、154、155、156、157、159路电车大事记(2007318更正部分内容)

1977 年末,开通武林门到火车站的 53 路无轨电车。架设环城北路和环城东路的电车线网。沿途设置省展览馆、新华印刷厂、艮山门、艮山电厂、体育场路口、杭州机床厂、青春门、解放路口停靠站。 1979 年,53 路电车增开夜车。 1987年,因 52 路调整至城站,53 路延伸至雄镇楼,增设姚园寺巷、望江门、抚宁巷、雄镇楼站。 1989 年 9 月 28 日,开通开元路口到和睦新村的 155 路电车,沿途设置人民大会堂(上行)、湖滨(上行)、井亭桥(下行)、胜利剧院、孩儿巷、延安新村、武林门、沈塘桥、石灰桥、打索桥、余杭塘上、董家新村、北大桥停靠站。 1991年,HZGD70C 型电车首先在 155 路上投入营运。 1994年,HZWG110 型电车首先在 155 路上投入营运。 1996 年 9 月 16 日,因湖墅南路,湖墅北路拓宽工程需要,54 路改为电车运营,改编码为 154 路。沿途设置轮船码头、中山北路口、艮山门、艮山电厂、体育场路口、红会医院、庆春门、金衙庄、葵巷、浙二医院、官巷口、湖滨、胜利剧院、孩儿巷、延安新村停靠站。票价 0.5 元/人次。 1997 年 6 月火车站改造暂时东迁,153 缩短至金衙庄始发,撤消雄镇楼、抚宁巷、望江门、姚园寺巷、火车站停靠站,至此,城站广场上空壮观的电车线网也因此不复存在。  1998 年 3 月 10 日,因凤起路高架施工,154 路全线停驶,153 路改用汽车行驶,不久后也全线停驶(具体时间不明,1998 年至 1999 年间)。 1999 年 155 路由和睦新村延伸至汽车北站,增设方家塘、汽车北站停靠站。 1999 年 4 月 23 日开通翠苑新村至武林门的 156 路电车,沿途设置翠苑五区、公交一公司、东方通信大厦、九莲新村、上宁桥、文三路口、市府大楼停靠站投入 HZWG110 型电车运营,票价 1 元/人次。 1999 年 12 月 25 日,城站改造即将完成,156 先期延伸城站火车站,与 151,K555 在北面环城东路始发。双向增设杭州大厦、中山北路口、艮山门、公交总公司、体育场路口、市红会医院、庆春门,金衙庄双向停靠站。 2000 年秋,鼓楼公交站投入使用,155 路调整为汽车北站至鼓楼。撤消井亭桥(下行)、人民大会堂(上行)、湖滨(上行)、开元路口停靠站。增设平海路、官巷口、丰乐桥、涌金立...
